- Creative ways to recruit parents and business partners-
- Have an event during facts and fees on July 23rd 7-1 and 3-7. Also, maybe have something on July 22nd 8-1 or July 24th 1-5 while the school building is open for walk throughs.
- Possibly have parents fill out a form at the beginning of the year to sign up to volunteer. Create a form to send to parents to sign up for volunteering. Glover will head it up. (We will create a form and a business partner letter that she can use to solicit business partners.
- Possibly hand out a raffle ticket to parents for signing up to volunteer and then a ticket each time they attend a school function or volunteer. Have monthly raffles and give away prizes. Also, see if we can secure a beach house or mountain house for a long weekend get away as the large prize raffled off.
- Use Marquee to be more purposeful in advertising.
- Will host coffee with principals every month, maybe make these in conjunction with PTSA/SIC.
- Committees- All staff will have to sign up for 1 committee next year. Admin will create 3-4 goals for each committee and then the committee will decide which 1-2 goals they will focus on this next school year.
- Begin planning for the 24-25 school
