Volleyball Open Gym: May 21-23

AMS Lady Tigers are hosting open gym for rising 7th and 8th grade girls to prepare for the upcoming 2024-2025 season. Open gym will be from 3:30-5:00pm in the AMS gymnasium.

Open gym will be held:

• Tuesday, May 21^st
• Wednesday, May 22^nd
• Thursday, May 23^rd

All athletes must have a current physical and other required documents uploaded and approved to Big Teams for the 2024-2025 school year prior to participating. Please wear appropriate athletic attire/shoes. All water bottles must have a spill-proof lid (NO STANLEY CUPS with a straw).
